This was a heart-opening post. I've become of aware of a transformation happening within me only just recently. And I'm thrilled to finally be able to integrate what you are writing about here. To "know" this intellectually is one thing, but to actually "know" it on another level and feel it living and breathing as an awareness... and one that I feel drawn to cultivate is SUCH a blessing!
