		<description>I think of worry as wasted energy.These days we need to be aware of the ways we can conserve energy...of all kinds! When I catch myself worrying, I remind myself that I am 'feeding' an unwanted result by the very fact of my worrying about it! This quote from Mark Twain has helped me too: "I am an old man and have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened."</description>
