Yes, the key to holistic healing is unconditional love and all its components. We all need to be heard, we all need to know that someone cares and cares enough to listen. We all need compassionate awareness in order to heal our pain-filled fragments.</description>

		<description>I have found that when I trust my body's intelligence to heal, the process of recovery always occurs. For me it's the trusting piece that can be challenging to know my first action may not be taking medication; rather to tune in to listening to what my body is asking for!
